Tracey’s practice started with the firm upon her graduation from law school and has grown and developed with the support and mentorship of her partners Alan and Jan. Tracey was born and raised in Chesterfield Missouri, but her heart and family is now rooted in Kansas. Tracey and her husband, John, moved to Pratt in the fall of 2009. She and her husband have three children, Estella, born in 2012, Monti, born in 2014, and Satchel, born in 2017.

Tracey received her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, in 2005. After college, Tracey took a year off from school to work and spent time studying Spanish in Barcelona, Spain.

Tracey received her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in the spring of 2009. While attending law school, Tracey clerked at the Kansas Corporation Commission, completed an externship with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and was a legal intern at the Washburn University School of Law Clinic. Tracey has a general civil practice with focus areas including Estate Planning and Administration. In November of 2016, Tracey was elected Pratt County Attorney. Community service and involvement is a core principle that characterizes Tracey. Tracey believes it is essential to give back and be a part of her community.
