Alan Hanson


Alan has been in private practice for thirty-nine years.  His areas of practice include estate planning, with trusts, wills, and related documents, probate, trust administration, real estate and oil and gas.  Alan attended high school in Medicine Lodge, Kansas.  He is a graduate of Kansas State University and obtained his law degree at the University of Tulsa.  Alan is married and has two grown children.

Janice J. Jorns


Jan has been a private practice attorney for thirty years. Her areas of practice include family law, estate planning, real estate, criminal and civil practice.  Jan grew up on a farm in South Central Kansas and has lived in the rural Pratt area for twenty-eight years.  Jan obtained her Undergraduate Degree at Kansas State University, a Master’s Degree at Wichita State University and her Law Degree at the University of Kansas.

Tracey T. Beverlin


Tracey moved to Pratt with her husband in September of 2009 and was hired as an associate with the firm.  Her practice areas focus on general civil, estate, family and criminal law.   Tracey grew up in Chesterfield, Missouri, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, and moved to Topeka, Kansas in 2006 where she attended Washburn University School of Law.
